Do I have to pay before it arrives?
No. Cash on delivery across Pakistan — you pay the rider at your door. Bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa work too if you'd rather not have cash in the house.
Can I just order on WhatsApp?
Yes, and lots of people do. Tap the WhatsApp button on any product and it'll fill in which toy you mean.
Is there a charge for cash on delivery?
No extra COD fee. Delivery is Rs. 250, free over Rs. 4,999.
Do you take orders for delivery outside Pakistan?
Not yet.
Delivery
How long will it take to get to me?
Next-day in Islamabad (surcharge applies). 2–5 days everywhere else in Pakistan — we ship from our Islamabad warehouse.
How do I know where my parcel is?
A tracking link comes by SMS. You can also check it yourself on the Track Order page.
Nobody was home. Now what?
The courier tries again, usually next day. If they can't reach you they'll call — worth answering unknown numbers that week.
Can I choose the courier?
Tell us on WhatsApp before it ships and we'll try. If one of them lost your last parcel, we'd rather know.

What if the toy isn't right?
7 days to send it back. No unboxing video required.
Do I need the original box?
It helps. It isn't required.
It arrived broken. What happens?
Send a photo on WhatsApp. We replace it or refund it, and we cover the return.
Can I exchange it for a different age?
Yes, and this is the most common one we get.
The Toys Themselves
Is this the right age for my child?
Every product page carries an age range, and the age is the label to trust over the picture. If you're between two, size up — kids grow into toys faster than they grow out of packaging.
Are these safe for a toddler who chews everything?
Anything we list for under-3s has no small parts. Above 3, assume there are pieces small enough to worry about and check the safety page.
Do they need batteries?
It says on the product page, including which size and whether they're in the box.
Are these original or copies?
We say which on every listing. If it's a genuine branded item, it says the brand. If it's not, we don't pretend.
Buying Without a Shop
Why don't you have a shop?
We ship straight from our Islamabad warehouse instead — no showroom, no trip anywhere. The idea is you get the full picture here (real photos, honest age guidance, real reviews) and never have to leave home to buy the right thing.
How do I know it's really as good as the photos?
Same 7-day return policy either way — no unboxing video required. If it isn't what you expected, send it back. Message us on WhatsApp first if you want a second opinion before you order.
