How tracking actually works here
Once your order ships, the courier — TCS, Leopards, PostEx or Trax, depending on your city — texts you a tracking link by SMS directly. That's usually the fastest way to check. Lost the text, or it never arrived? Use the form above and we'll look it up and reply.
Track directly with the courier
If you still have the tracking number from your SMS, you can check it yourself, straight from the courier — you'll need that number, not your order number, on these pages.
