What we take back
Anything within 7 days of delivery, in a condition you'd be happy to receive it in. The box helps but it isn't a deal-breaker — we know how fast a four-year-old can destroy packaging.
What we can't take back
Anything that's been genuinely played to death, and anything opened from a sealed hygiene item — teethers, bath toys, anything that goes in a mouth. Not a rule we invented to be difficult.
How to start one
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. That's the whole process. We'll arrange the pickup or send a courier, and you don't pay for the return leg if the fault is ours.
When you get your money back
Within 7 working days of the item reaching us, by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa — whichever you'd rather. If you'd prefer an exchange, we'll usually get the replacement moving before the return even lands.
