The 8-Note Xylophone is a hands-on musical toy for toddlers, with eight colour-coded bars numbered 1 to 8 set into a moulded base, played by tapping with two included mallets. Each bar rings a different note when struck.
Why this xylophone works for toddlers
- Eight bars are set into the base, each a different colour and numbered 1 to 8.
- Two mallets are included, sized for a small hand to hold and strike with.
- Each bar is a separate note, so tapping in order plays a simple scale.
- The base is one moulded tray - the bars are fixed in place, not removable.
- It makes sound only when struck - there is no electronic or plug-in mode.
