The Baby Rattle Drum is a hand-held drum for babies of eighteen months and up: twirl the handle and the two corded beads swing round and tap the face. The ears are a separate soft teether material, the handle ends in a clear dome packed with loose coloured beads, and it lights up and plays sound.
