The Boxing Reflex Ball is a headband-mounted reflex trainer for children aged six and up, with a ball on an elastic cord that bounces back after every punch. The headband adjusts to fit around the head, holding the cord above eye level.
Why this reflex ball works for reaction training
- A ball is fixed to an elastic cord that runs from a headband, printed on the box as "Boxing Reflex Ball".
- The cord stretches and snaps the ball back after each hit, for repeat punching practice.
- The headband is adjustable, so it sits around a child's head rather than one fixed size.
- The box is labelled "Boxing Gear", for punching and reaction practice rather than contact sparring.
- The ball swings back toward the wearer after each hit, rather than flying off like a free-standing punch bag.
