The Mini Star Rotating Tower is a stacking toy for children aged 3 and up — chunky cog-shaped rings that spin their own way down a spiral rod when you drop one on the top. Ten rings in assorted colours, moulded plastic throughout, each sized for a child to pick up one-handed.

- The rod is a spiral, so a ring dropped on top turns itself all the way down instead of just sliding to the bottom.
- Ten rings, so the tower can be rebuilt in a different colour order every time and taken apart one ring at a time.

- Hold the spiral rod upright, resting the base on a flat surface.
- Drop a ring over the top and let go — it turns itself down the spiral.
