The Remote Control Quadcopter Drone is a four-rotor aircraft flown with its own 2.4GHz handheld remote, built with a flex-resistant frame for ages fourteen and up. Six-axis gyro sensors keep it level in the air, and propeller guards ring each of the four rotors.
Why this quadcopter works for first-time flyers
- Six-axis gyro sensors inside the body keep the drone level in the air, correcting small knocks automatically.
- The rotor arms are moulded in one flexible piece with the body, built to bend rather than snap on a hard landing.
- Flight is controlled from a separate 2.4GHz handheld remote with its own joysticks, not a phone app.
- A guard ring surrounds each of the four propellers, so the spinning blades don't sit exposed at the edge of the frame.
- It does not include a camera or lights - this is a flying-only model.
